Fraud at Credit d' Agricole the Truth and some
Having posted this horrific story under Credit d'Agricole the Truth, I didnt post all the gross negligence regarding the fraudlent faxs as The Finanical Services Authority were investigating, they e mailed me to investigate the case after having received a complaint from me.
The fraudlent fax that set the alarms off was a fraudlent fax for 130k which, as it turned out ,arrived from 'nowhere'. There were no security checks carried out and certainly the client didnt know of this transaction nor yet authorised such a payment, until a return to the United Kingdom, when a bank statement ( surprise surprise as statements were a rare occurance from Emporiki bank - which is owned by Credit d' Agricole ) revealed a payment of 130k to a third party. The client informed the bank, who promised to freeze the account, this didnt happen. This money which came from the second loan applied by Emporiki bank again unauthorised by the client, no drawdown was even signed !!!! Part of the 130k eventually ended up in the account of the employees mothers friends bank account.!!! This wasnt discovered until many years down the line as Emporiki was very 'limited' in the information it passed to his client. There were many other fraudlent faxes with very obvious 'duplicated' fraudlent signatures, these were only discovered when the clients solicitor contacted the bank. The fraud even extended to requests for sterling to be sent to Greece and euros were sent i.e. 20k sterling requested, 20k euros received, you may ask why didnt the client know, well Emporiki didnt send out statements, and the money was sent to be used by the clients wife, again she didnt receive statements either.QUESTION WHERE DID THE DIFFERNCE GO ? The exchange rate was approximately 1.60 - 1.70 euros to the pound. So not only were the bank grossly negligent in not applying their security measures but executed a cover up job as well and continue to do so to this day.
What is for sure a complex fraud has occured with client twice being the victim once from the fraud and second from the bank who continues to persecute its client, even though it knows full well it is responsible . QUESTION;Why doesnt the bank do more to expose and bring to justice the criminals who were involved? instead of the continued persecution of their client, this remember is from Europes number one bank, a chilling thought.

Reason ; Malipulation by Emporiki bank staff London, to take 1st charge of your clients factory, by way of applying an unrequested, unknown loan unsecured loan, then to take the 40k from an unsigned for loan to pay the first loan - which was against your own loan policy, to facilitate a fraud.
FRAUD AND THEFT : To pay a fax transmission which had a fraudlent signature of your client, and clearly states EMPORIKI BANK ORDERS EMPORIKI BANK to pay a third person ( who is Emporiki to order any payment from a clients account to a third party ? )
BLACKMAIL; A senior executive at Emporiki bank head office tried on many occaisions to get your client to agree to an illegal 'private settlement' Even getting his solicitor to contact your clients solicitor to agree to the illegal 'private ' settlement, in my book thats BLACKMAIL, trying to force someone into an illegal agreement against his will.
GROSS NEGLIGENCE: Despite your client being assured that his account would be frozen, Emporiki continued to debit your clients account for loan payments for a loan he had advised the bank he had not known about and no drawdown signed. Then to threaten court action for an overdraft created by your staffs gross negligence. No security checks carried out by person responsible for checking fax transactions requesting transfer of funds Then to threaten court action for non repayment of loan repayments when the bank knew a fraud had occured.
Do your SHAREHOLDERS know of your banks gross negligence ? How a negligent member of staff has led to a much higher exposure than was necessary- all banks have problems with their staff, its the way its dealt with that matters - and that as time continues it gets worse not better. That the Finanical Services Authority are investigating your bank - they e mailed me for your clients permission to investigate- That it appears Emporiki takes little notice of Credit d' Agricoles instruction/advice and gaily goes its own way believing, as it appears to me , that they can ignore its problems and they will go away and who would dare to complain anyway, I DO, IM TELLING THE TRUTH SO I HAVE NO FEAR OF COURT ACTION BESIDES HAVE VERY SOLID AND COMPELLING EVIDENCE.
WHY COULD YOUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE PHONE THE LONDON BRANCH AND 'ASK' FOR HIS FAMILY MEMBER BE ALLOWED TO STAY DESPITE BEING DOWN FOR DISMISSAL. What branch employee is going to refuse an head office senior executive 'request' ?
Why do your staff put your client under intolerable stress - when the bank knows perfectly well it is at fault - knowing that your client has cancer, the stress is having an enormous adverse effect on his recovery, are these the actions of EUROPES NUMBER ONE BANK ???? Is this how they have got to number one ??? by killing the clients who dare to stand up for their rights and are telling the TRUTH?
Dear reader neither am I deluded nor a liar, I telling the truth as incredible as it sounds, ( I have already said that I am prepared to take a professional lie detector test any time any where ) I have seen my family totally destroyed by amoral staff of EMPORIKI BANK AND ' laissez faire ' attitude of Credit d' Agricole, who put into the market place their corporate goverance reports and corporate responsibilty reports , which in our experience have no bearing on their true actions and approach to their law bound duties.
